Job Responsibility
To handle day to day human resource management with team to meet human resource current
and future plan.
Job Duties
• Human resource planning
To base on current and future factory needs to execute the recruitment, selection, performance management,
learning and development, and all other HR functions.
• Recruitment and selection
To involve in CHQ branding and recruitment strategies to attract people to work and selecting the best
candidates.
i. To support administrator officer to manage Unit Head approved manpower request, post job advertisement
and
organizing resumes and job applications
ii. To conduct job interviews
iii. To verify new applicant assessment test on skill, reading alphabet & numeric, eye sight & color blind and
Munsell test.
iv. To ensure the process of recruitment done accordingly to "Recruitment Flow & Procedure" and verify all
information completed by HR Clerk:
o to register new applicants in Office EZI.
o prepare new employee files (employment contracts and age proof documents etc as stated in Human Capital
guide)
o coordinate with IT to pre-set up email, zoom etc address, and work application in laptop or desktop computer
as require.
o collect
a. Uniform from Administration
b. Stationaries from Administration
c. Computer from IT
d. Work tools from engineering
o To apply for Bank account, Wing account and enroll to NSSF
o To track renewal of visa/work permit, insurance and related permit in Office EZI
v. To give orientation to new employees on
o Organization, Human Capital guide, job description and salary package.
o Office EZI – Personal account (attendance / leave / payroll etc)
vi. To provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer,
evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary
recommendations and closing of candidates.
• Performance management
To base on company’s performance management system which involves good leadership, clear goal-setting,
and open feedback to assess employee performance to make them stay productive and engaged.
To evaluate employee’s performance, taking corrective action when necessary.
• Learning and development
To support administrator office to enable employees to develop the skills they need for the future, bridging the
gap between the workforce today and the workforce needed in the near future.
• Career planning
To support administrator office to do career planning, guidance, and development for employees, aligning
their
ambition with the future of the company, helps to engage and retain them and company benefits of better
succession planning, higher productivity, and a stronger employer brand.
• Function evaluation
To support administrator office to conduct technical function evaluation on employee qualification, the quality,
and availability of workers, job location, working times, the economic situation, job responsibility, and job
value.
• Recognition & Rewards
To execute on company’s employee rewarding system to recognition employees work performance to make the
employee feel worthy of their work and serves as the best motivation and to keep good talent.
• Industrial relations
To engage in talks and cultivate relationships with labor unions to maintain an amicable situation, aims
towards continuous production process, reducing production time and resource wastage, reduce serious
disputes including strikes and protests, better and safer working conditions, meeting wage standards and
expectation.
• Employee engagement and communication
To engage and communicate with employee
i. On new employee questions
ii. to bring in innovative ideas to the CHQ.
iii. On issues, complaints, and investigations case, handled fairly, consistently, transparently, in a timely
fashion, and in line with company’s culture, policies, and appropriate local laws.
• Health and safety
To implement health and safety regulations to meet or above compliance standards.
• Personal wellbeing
To engage with employees and show care when they run into personal problems. Personal wellbeing is about
supporting employees when things don’t go as planned.
• HR Administrative responsibilities
i. To understand both the Country and organization’s cultures,
ii. To understand government laws, employment act and Human resources capital guide and implement
in effective way as required by buyer’s Code of Conduct and Labor Law.
iii. To ensure daily attendance and work with payroll to handle employee legal wages, benefits, pay &
allowances, government contribution etc as mentioned in labor law/ organization’s human capital guide.
iv. To supervise clerk to
o daily update and resolve all missing data in Office EZI one hour after start work, so that management can
view the Daily Manpower Reports
o coordinate with Admin Team on worker’s transportation arrangement
o maintain accurate and updated employee personal files and databases
v. To manage accurate HR statistic reports in Office EZI for management viewing.
vi. To handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Compensation & Benefits (Salary)
i. To support administrator office to articulates offers from time to time to attract the best talent in the
industry,
to retain the existing talent in the company.
ii. To support administrator office to constantly monitoring industry salary benchmarks and matching the
industry standards, including new and variable payment parameters in salary, easy compensation deliverables
and faster processes as prime motivator that drives people to work.
• Other duties as required and that may occasionally be necessary to support the business
Requirements
• At least 3+ years Human Resources or Administration or Compliance experience
• To experience in handling health & safety issues covering fire safety, electrical safety & building safety.
• Good employee service skills/focus and the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine
appropriate action
• Good leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
• Good problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication
skills.
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
• Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities.
• Ability to work independently being remotely managed, self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal
direction on a day to day basis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work under pressure
• A good team player
• Experience with growing a company from 500 employees, and experience in handling expatriates employees
will add advantage.
