Looking for a detail-oriented professional with 1+ years in HR, Administration, or Compliance. Must have strong communication skills, be MS Office proficient, and work well independently. Knowledge of WRAP, BSCI, or ISO is a plus.

Job Duties

1. Human Resource Planning

  • Assist in shaping recruitment, selection, performance management, learning and development, and all other HR functions based on current and future factory needs.

2. Recruitment and Selection

  • Assist in CHQ & Factory branding and recruitment strategies to attract and select the best candidates. i. Handle job advertisements, sourcing, and selecting candidates. ii. Coordinate job interviews. iii. Organize new applicant assessment tests (skill, reading alphabet & numeric, eyesight & color blindness, Munsell test). iv. Execute "Recruitment Flow & Procedure" to register new applicants in Office Ezi-HR System. v. Prepare new employee files (employment contracts, age proof documents, etc.). vi. Arrange with IT to set up email, Zoom, and work applications on laptops/desktops. vii. Collect necessary items:

    • Uniform and stationery from Administration.

    • Computer from IT.

    • Work tools from Engineering. viii. Apply for bank account, Wing account, and enroll in NSSF. ix. Coordinate with HR officer to give orientation on:

    • Organization, Human Capital guide, job description, and salary package.

    • Office EZI – Personal account (attendance/leave/payroll, etc.). x. Key-in employee profiles (visa validity, work permit, insurance, etc.) in Office EZI. xi. Provide a high-touch experience from application to offer, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing candidates.

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing the company’s performance management system, involving leadership, goal setting, and feedback.

  • Evaluate employee performance and take corrective actions when necessary.

4. Learning and Development

  • Support HR officers in enabling employees to develop skills needed for the future.

5. Career Planning

  • Assist HR officers in career planning, guidance, and development to align employee ambitions with company goals.

6. Function Evaluation

  • Support HR officers in conducting technical function evaluations on qualifications, job responsibility, and job value.

7. Recognition & Rewards

  • Assist in implementing the company’s employee reward system to recognize and motivate employees.

8. Industrial Relations

  • Engage with labor unions to maintain amicable relationships, continuous production, and safe working conditions.

9. Employee Engagement and Communication

  • Engage and communicate with employees on: i. New employee questions. ii. Bringing innovative ideas to CHQ. iii. Handling issues, complaints, and investigations fairly and transparently.

10. Health and Safety

  • Assist in implementing health and safety regulations to meet or exceed compliance standards.

11. Personal Wellbeing

  • Engage with employees and provide support during personal challenges.

12. HR Administrative Responsibilities i. Understand the country and organization’s cultures. ii. Comprehend government laws, compensation, and CHQ Human Resources Capital Guide. iii. Manage daily attendance and collaborate with payroll. iv. Update and resolve missing data in Office EZI for daily manpower reports. v. Maintain accurate and updated employee files and databases. vi. Manage accurate HR statistical reports in Office EZI. vii. Handle sensitive information confidentially.

13. Compensation & Benefits (Salary)

  • Support HR officers in offering competitive compensation to attract and retain talent.

  • Monitor industry salary benchmarks and align with industry standards.

14. Other Duties

  • Perform additional tasks as necessary to support the business.


Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in HR, Administration, or Compliance
  • Knowledge of WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, GSV-C-TPAT, GOTS/OCS/GRS, and ISO is a plus
  • Strong employee service skills; handle sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy
  • Good leadership, time management, and resource management skills
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter and fast learner
