- To plan, direct, control and organize human resource management.
- To manage administration operations to maximize quality and efficiency while reducing costs.
- Ensuring policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards, performing daily audits, implement company policies, and control systems.

- To base on the company’s performance management system which involves good leadership, clear goal-setting, and open feedback to assess employee performance to make them stay productive and engaged.
- To do career planning, guidance, and development for employees, aligning their ambition with the future of the company, helps to engage and retain them and company benefits of better succession planning, higher productivity, and a stronger employer brand.
- To involve and implement policies to control activities like – better participation, standardised processes, procedures & implementation, proper communication, guided approach to newer challenges and environment.
Manage the HR team in addressing employee issues, complaints, and investigations case, handled fairly, consistently, transparently, in a timely fashion, and in line with organization’s culture, policies, and appropriate local laws.?
