Job Responsibility
To handle day to day factory administration operations with his team to achieve a safe, clean and healthy
working environment, maximizing quality and efficiency while reducing costs.
Job Duties
- To follow Factory rules and policies
- Practice 7S workplace (Sort, Set-in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety, Spirit) and a safe working environment
- Practice Lean thinking aims at removing wastes from work processes. The 8 wastes are Transportation, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Overproduction, Over-processing, Defects and Employee talent utilization.
- To attend the training and certifying program to qualify himself before allowing to take up work duty.
- Ensure Total Preventive Maintenance on Equipment, Machinery and Tools. Report any defective tools or malfunction machines to Cutting Supervisor.
- Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching, delegating assignments to his team to ensure maximum productivity.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years Human Resources or Administration or Compliance experience
- To have sound knowledge on process & procedures of certification of WRAP, BSCI, SADEX, GVS, & ISO
- To experience in handling health & safety issues covering fire safety, electrical safety & building safety.
- People Management experience including building, leading, and evolving performing teams
- Exceptional employee service skills/focus and the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
- Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities.
- Ability to work independently being remotely managed, self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal direction on a day to day basis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Hands on position, you will roll up your sleeves every day in this team.
