Job Responsibility
- To plan, direct, control, and
organize the entire group’s human resource management.
- To manage group administration
operations to maximize quality and efficiency while reducing costs.
- Ensuring group of company's
policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards,
performing regular audits, implementing company policies, and designing control
systems.
Job Duties
- To manage day-to-day HR Operations for IA-CHQ with the HR team.
- HR functional pillars include Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Health and Safety, and Industrial Relations
- To monitor Human Resource functional pillars and trigger corrective actions
- Allocate HR manpower resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- To establish a training and certification program to qualify production or technical team employees to ensure the right people are in the right jobs
- Collect and analyze manpower data to reduce turnover rate and maintain high retention index, and increase employee engagement
- Prepare and submit management reports to the management
- Ensure Total Preventive Maintenance is performed on Equipment, and Tools to meet performance and safety requirements
- Participates in Compliance Audits and CSR-related activities where needed
- Other duties as required and that may occasionally be necessary to support the business.
Requirements
Qualifications
- At least 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources or Administration related roles
- Experience in handling health & safety issues covering fire safety, electrical safety & building safety
- Proficiency with computers, and familiarity with using MS Office or HRM software ideal
- Exceptional leadership with a good time, task, and resource management skills ideal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experiences
- Experience in Compliance Audit and CSR advantageous
- Experience working in a growing company of more than 1,000 employees advantageous
- Experienced in making independent judgments and discretion in relation to using company policies and practices to determine appropriate action
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Employee service oriented, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to work independently while being remotely managed, self-starter, and fast learner requiring minimal direction on a day-to-day basis advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
